Add anti-scratch bumpers to an anchor

The anchor on Knock Off, our Lord Nelson Victory Tug, scratched the hull sometimes so after the boat was painted sugru was added to the sharp points and voila! No more scratches. The sugru has stayed in place all season through lots of anchorings.
