Improve an old saxophone

I used sugru to spiff up my saxophone a bit. I created a 'bumper' for the bottom of my baritone saxophone so I can finally place it on hard floors without worry. The saxophone is already 60 years old and has enough bumps and bruises. I also created what is known as a 'key riser'. These are used to mould the saxophone keys and/or enlarge them to better fit the players hand and reach. The sugru method took about 30 seconds as opposed to the more traditional method of carving them out of cork and sealing it which takes hours. Andrew, New York.
