Make a custom iPhone cradle

I lost my plastic cradle that came with my 1st generation iPod, but I wanted one that would hold my new iPhone. I moulded one, smoothed it, carved it till I thought it was good. It needed more of a lip up front, and more height, so I added more after the first try dried. The added on sugru held well and I now have a perfectly serviceable cradle! Marc, Ottawa.
