Make a toy into an awesome UFO

I hacked together a small UFO toy for my son utilizing sugru for quite some features. 

Apart from the battery cover I used it for the landing gear (the four black feet) which actually are made of toothpicks covered with sugru, which was also used to mount them into the four holes at the bottom of the UFO. I also used it to mount the small PowerRanger into the cockpit by pushing its feet into the fresh and soft sugru, pulling it out again and then pushing a bit of the sugru from all sides to make the footholes a bit narrower to achieve a firm fit for the tiny figure. I also used it to beautify some parts where I had to use hot glue on, which turned out to look quite ugly when the glue had cooled off. 

I've just finished it yesterday so my son hasn't had enough time to damage it yet :)  ...but I think the first thing that will probably break will be the landing gear because it's the most fragile part. In version 2.0 I will probably use some metal wire inside the sugru instead of wooden toothpicks...but let's see, maybe sugru will keep even them from breaking too early…Tom, Austria.
