Make a treadmill tablet mount

Having something to distract me is quite important when running on a treadmill. Not having something to pass the time would make a 20 min. workout feel like an hour. Without a TV in sight, a tablet comes in very handy. This is the Nexus 7 (I can even send the audio out through the treadmill speakers).
