Make shoes for a Tinkerbell doll

My nieces challenged me to provide suitable footwear for their shoeless dolly and sugru provided the fix.

While Tinkerbell comes with wings, the manufactures overlooked supplying suitable fairy shoes. Crafty Aunty was tasked with creating a pair, and came up with these custom-designed leafy shoes in a shade matching Tink’s skimpy dress. sugru is so easy to shape and mould, and the colours mix beautifully. By applying a little bit of petroleum jelly to Tink’s feet beforehand it was possible to make the leaf sandals removable, which is essential if the aim is to satisfy small girls’ demand’s for dolly accessories.Thanks for a great product!
