Raise the height of a dog bowl

Raised food and water bowls are supposably better for a dog to eat and drink. I had the dog bowls and had found some bowls to set them on. However, the dog or myself kept knocking the top bowl over. For months I was trying to figure some good and strong way to glue two ceramic bowls together. I pretty much had given up until one day I happen to watch a show talking about great inventions. They showed how Sugru worked and I was sold. I'm not worried that the bottom bowl will fall off when I pick up the dish.
