Refresh worn-out lettering on a building name plate

The sign outside our lovely building was looking a bit sad after years of sun and rain (more of the latter, because London) so I decided to give it some TLC. 

Step one was giving it a clean, I used a wet hand wipe to make sure all dirt was removed.

Step 2 was simply rub sugru into the letters and remove any excess, this takes a little bit of time. Pro-Tip: use a lot less sugru than you think! I did the whole sign with just 1/2 a pack.

Lastly I used some white sugru to replace the missing caps that are meant to keep the water out and stop the screws from rusting.

It took me around 15 minutes to do.
