Renew a guitar capo

I saw a piece on the BBC news website about sugru & I thought it looked interesting so I bought some. I also thought that it may come in handy for my course (industrial design). I noticed that my guitar capo’s protective cover was wearing away causing damage to the strings so I thought I know I’ll use my sugru to fix it! I then undertook the steps above, waited 24 hours and voila! A fixed capo that will save my poor strings from any further assault :)
