Renew a VolksWagen key

A fix for the common problem with VW keys. I disassembled the key to access the battery compartment. With a #63 bit I drilled a hole through the bottom of the plastic/composite metal 'arrow' & two more through the plastic housing. The hole in the middle I also cut across with pliers Wound some narrow gauge steel wire through the holes and hooked it through the cut. Twisted the wires together, a little trimming of the plastic to ensure the housing would close, and applied the sugru. Pure awesome ever since.
