Repair a damaged water butt

This water butt has a clear indentation where it was damaged. This resulted in a substantial leak. Rather than throw it out and replace it I used 2 different coloured packs of sugru as this was all I had left and I didn't care about the appearance. The swirly effect was a result of using 2 colours and applying with my fingers. The photo was taken on 10th July 2012 and the repair is still holding! I have also successfully used sugru on my plastic shower tray to stop the water leaking through  cracks around the plug hole.
