Great gift idea: make a teapot trivet from a stone and sugru!

The lovely Emily here at sugru had an awesome idea to make a gorgeous stone trivet for a teapot.

In this short video, she demonstrates step-by-step how to use sugru to stabilise a stone and stop it marking your table - turning it into a super cool trivet!

She also shows how to add texture using some net for some some extra uh, grippiness (yes - it's a word here).

Once you've left the sugru to cure overnight, voila! You'll have the most gorgeous stand for your teapot. It's enough to make you invite all your friends over for afternoon tea!
