Fix the split edge of your Macbook
The edge of the keyboard moulding on my Macbook began to split off, because its section gets very thin at the same point that it is only partially supported. When you type, the moulding flexes against a hard edge and eventually splits away. A couple of bits of sugru and the resultant hole is closed up, and the laptop has a snazzy new look.
