Make your own contact microphone
sugru is great stuff! I used it on a contact microphone I built out of a piezo buzzer from a digital alarm clock and a guitar cable. It looks great and covers up the solder joints and the back of the buzzer. Scott, Nashville.

It's posts like these that make me wish I was smarter :) Could this tech be used as a throat mic? I'm a drummer who likes to sing, but no matter how intricately I arrange my mic stand behind the kit, it's always in the way somehow.
