Cheap boots bought almost by accident turned out to be extremely comfy. Unfortunately, the material turned out to be really sensitive to tearing. I used some black sugru to fix that. I added dots to somehow disguise the foreign nature of sugru and bring this crafty look.
It's been couple of months and sugru seem to cope quite well with miles and miles I walked since then. By @inessa, via sugru gurus
