Prevent sharp edges Of a solar panel from causing damage

I have a 120w folding solar panel that I take camping to charge a 12v battery to run a fridge, and LED lighting. This is a heavy, expensive piece of equipment that is quite unwieldy to set up and move around. The corners of the aluminium frame are very sharp and needed something done to them to protect my hands and also the canvas bag the panel stores in. Filing might have done it, but with sugru I get a bit of added shock absorbing at each corner as well. I used two packs to complete the job on all four corners. I was most impressed with how well the sugru could be cut with a sharp knife (I waited 18 hours before cutting) So quick and easy. Tom, South Australia
