Repair an old Polaroid camera Replace the shutter release lever
It used to be operated by a button and a cable from the top of the camera but that stopped working in cold temperatures. All I did was mould some Sugru onto where the cable used to attach and also mould some around the cocking lever which was just bare metal. This works much better now and is very reliable.
