I was fed up of having hands that are too big for most mice and having my fourth and fifth finger dragging over the desk all day. I've added a finger rest onto the side of the mouse that hovers just above the desk surface, but is stiff enough to take the weight of both fingers! For my first attempt I'm pretty happy with it.
