Ear buds ALWAYS fall out of my ears. Even the type with ear loops to secure them just hang at on the outside, and I lose most of the sound. This is not a pretty hack, but very functional; in-ear canal extensions to ear buds custom fitted to my ears. As long as you make sure the speaker surface is not occluded by the Sugru (lots of cotton swabs are very helpful there) it is dead simple. They are now very secure, very comfortable and the general quality, especially the bass response, is much improved. Jim, USA.
