Decorate old spoon handles with seashells
These spoons have a good solid metal part coupled with crappy plastic handles that had crumbled away merely by looking at them. I selected some seashells that fit tightly to the handle-end of the spoon and used white sugru to secure the bond and create a smooth filling for the shell openings. One shell's opening wasn't holding as tight, so I crammed some smaller shells in there along with the sugru. Two minipacks were the perfect amount for the 3 spoons I needed to hack.
