Give your old Apple earbuds a refresh

My headphones were in serious need of repair. They still worked so I was reluctant to throw them away as most of the damage was aesthetic. The problem areas were: the plastic casing was coming off the wires and I’d somehow lost the plastic around one of the earphones (luckily not in my ear). The earphone was pretty fiddly but the putty stayed malleable for quite a while so I was able to keep sculpting. It hasn’t made my ears black which is a bonus! Gemma, via www.anderra.co.uk
