I made a collection of decorated mugs for my family for christmas. Each one was different and I let them each choose the one they wanted. I mixed colours to get in between shades. When the mugs are the right way up, the decoration is pretty much invisable. I didn't really plan them, just started and went with it! They said they liked them anyway! Jane.
