My knitting mill used to be a pain to use, but with sugru I was able to really improve it. To use it you have to hold down on the handle with one hand and crank with the other. But in the long run this really strains your shoulders. Now I just use the suction cups to stick it to the surface and crank on. My shoulders really say "thank you" to sugru. Jessica, Germany.
