This is an expensive knife with a brittle plastic moulded handle, combined with hard tiled kitchen floor?If you drop the knife the plastic handle breaks. ?Other repairs with epoxy type materials have failed after a short time. First fill the handle with black Sugru to level. Next, ?over coat the fill repair with orange Sugru to firstly hide the imperfect black fill, and secondly to provide an impact resistant area to the handle so that the knife may bounce, not break.
