The Garmin bike mount is a bit rubbish and gradually slips, especially when it is wet. After using sugru the GPS is rock solid, even on rough terrain. It's at the optimum angle for viewing. The cable ties are just 'belt and braces' really - the GPS hangs on fine with just sugru. Steve, UK
