My 37 year old lamp fell and broke and thanks to sugru, after my repair, you can't even tell which part is lead and which part is sugru. I'm so psyched. The first picture shows the area that I started to work on, the second shows me placing a shell in the spot and then putting sugru around it. The third picture shows how I used sugru to make the lacy type design that was originally there and can be seen in the first two pictures towards the back. The last picture is a close up. I was so excited that I rushed and I know if I took more time it would look even better, but I did all this in 15 minutes!! Lizzie, Illinois.
