Fix a broken work badge

My work badge had finally worn out. It had snapped off my keychain and to get a replacement would've cost $25. Fastening a circular pad around the exposed wire, then reinforcing the slot where the ring would eventually go made the badge more durable and less prone to further damage. Subtracting the cost of the Sugru, I still came out on top!
