Fix and improve a trumpet

Fixed @liamhq's trumpet in time for @theriptiderock concert at Glastonbury!

This is a fix and modification all in one. The first thing I did was to use alcohol wipes to get the oil from the players hands off the surface. 

The little finger hook (the upper one) had fallen off completely. He'd tried glue but none of it worked. I stuck it back by wrapping it around the entire pipe and made it a little more comfortable. 

The third valve slide ring aperture (lower one) was a little large which was causing the finger to 'travel' inside the ring making playing harder and hurting the player's finger so we just filled in the hole and got him to mould it with his finger and left it.

Cured and ready to get abused at a festival!
