Patch up an old, much-loved train set

My in-laws have an old train set that the kids love. The locomotive's hook broke, so they used tape and wire to connect them. I took the tape and wire off, then used two packets of green sugru to cover the wire and old hook. So far, it is great. The kids love being able to hook/unhook the trains again.
