Fix a broken drying rack

When we were setting up our new clothes drying rack on the patio, we neglected to loosen the knobs which hold the legs firmly in place. (When all else fails, read the directions…) One of the four legs broke right off. Plastic glue did not hold it, so duct tape had to do until Sugru came along. The Sugru repair is solid, and barely noticeable.
