Fix a mini blind adjuster

After my mini blind adjuster snapped off of the top portion of the blind itself, I used Surgu to quickly fabricate a sheath that could hold the metal hook in place.

Sugru not only bonded well to the plastic nub that was left, it was durable enough to hold the hook while turning the plastic dowel, thus fixing our broken blind.
