Sugru is the new self-setting rubber for fixing, modifying and making stuff.
Sugru can be formed and shaped by hand for up to 30 minutes once it has been removed from its packaging.
Sticks to almost anything
Sugru forms a strong bond to metal, ceramics, glass, wood and some plastics like perspex and ABS and rubbers like silicone and butyl rubber.
Air cures at room temperature
Sugru is like modelling clay when you take it from its pack. Once it's exposed to air, it cures to a tough flexible silicone overnight using the moisture in the air.
Welcome to the Sugru gallery — this place belongs to you! This is where we publish the best of the projects and fixes sent to us by Sugru users every month. Whether you're a Sugru guru, or just getting started, share your projects with us — you’ll inspire others what’s possible and you might even win some free Sugru!
Hack for Gretel, a three legged cat Add grip to a moveable perch
The cat pictured is Gretel Clementine Badcrumble Katze. She is a three-legged kitty. (No, we didn't hack her a fourth leg. But we thought about it.) She watches the world from her front window seat, and she needed a stool to go up and down from her perch without putting too much stress on her only front leg. We found a stool, but it slid around so she avoided it. Enter sugru - we hacked some non-slide bits for the footstool and now Gretel is a happy girl. Cat. Ingrid, Dante, and Gretel, Washington.
