Keep cables tidy

If you have chargers and cables lying around for your various devices, you can keep them in one place and much tidier by using sugru.

Using half a minipack of sugru, form a cube shape, press it into the desired position, wet the edge of a blade or credit card and work it down into the cube about halfway. Then take a wet cocktail stick and insert it from the top into the slit you just made. All you need to do is 'bore' out the width of your cable, if not slightly narrower.

Because the opening of the slit is narrower than the actual hole at the back, the sugru will stretch to fit the cable, and the pressure from it springing back will keep the cable in place.
