Make an adapter for laptop chargers from different brands

My Macbook charger burned out. Rather than buying a new one, I decided to use a Dell charger I already had instead. With a spare Dell female connector soldered to the remaining of the Mac wire, and a nice black and white sugru wrap all around the hack, I got a Dell-to-Mac charger adapter! I also took the opportunity to consolidate other sensitive connections with sugru sheathing.
