Make utensils easier to use

A dear friend is suffering from ALS and can no longer grip a fork. She has a foam roller to encircle the fork but the fork keeps slipping out rendering it useless for her. A larger spoon is not the answer because she cannot handle the weight. I expanded the spoon with a packet of Sugru and now the spoon fits snugly in its case.
