Repairing a fibreglass canoe

Here's my first fix with sugru. The canoes at the Roonka Water Activities Scout Camp (River Murray, South Australia) have a pretty hard-life and this one has taken a few too many blows to its nose (again). The usual repair is a rigid one, using an epoxy resin product but this doesn't last. Using 2 x 5gm sugru packs, I've filled the crack and created a bit of a bumper nose. Done in early January, I'll be checking (& posting if approved) on how it's surviving on our rostered visits as Camp Wardens. Thanks & Cheers! Paul
