Ecommerce Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and pragmatic ecommerce executive to play a key role in supporting the Head of Ecommerce in bringing our ecommerce strategy to life. 

You will be responsible for executing our ecommerce and retention strategy across our online revenue channels and you will make a significant impact in delivering our ambitious growth targets. You will be part of a tight knit, hands-on multidisciplinary team: collaborating with the marketing and sales teams as well as agencies, developers and designers… You think big and your technical understanding and data driven approach will ensure that you can contribute to big strategic projects as well as driving micro optimisations forward. We’re looking for an Ecommerce Executive to be responsible for:

  • Project-managing expansion and improvement of our online shop
  • Assisting with the the design, development and content management of to ensure full funnel optimisation for user journeys
  • Deploying a funnel optimisation strategy via SEM, on site targeting and retargeting
  • Understanding our etailing ecosystem and produce relevant analysis for healthy growth across channels
  • Monitoring listing compliance and improvements across channels
  • Exploring and developing new product discovery partnerships
  • Coordinate and establish agency relationships in your area of expertise

You will be talented and experienced in the following:

  • Performance / Conversion Marketing
  • Funnel optimisation
  • Data analysis and insight generation
  • Retention strategies across digital channels
  • Project management
  • Getting great results from internal and external design & development teams

About you:

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience working in an ecommerce anchored position, with a proven record of growing revenues and conversion optimisation success. In terms of approach and style, you will have already demonstrated:

  • An entrepreneurial attitude, being an amazing team player, able to turn challenges into opportunities, bad days into positive learnings and ideas into winning implementation
  • Strong Can Do attitude with robust organisational skills
  • Ability to operate brilliantly in both strategic and activation modes
  • Analytical thinking, good technical knowledge and expertise of the latest ecommerce trends
  • Ability to understand and align with business priorities and processes
  • Excellent communication skills in all forms
  • A cheerful and positive personality, happy to roll up your sleeves


The salary range is £27-30k, based on experience
