This is an important role in our growing commercial team. You will be to exploit full potential of existing ecommerce channel and to identify and to approach new digital players in the market. A well balanced channel management of direct business, Market Place business and Etailer management is the basis to ensuring sustainable growth. We are looking for you to balance short-term high ambition and long-term vision in deploying our global ecommerce strategy considering professional KPI´s. 

Responsibilities:

● Managing the ecommerce team to execute the strategy and deliver profitable sales growth

● Ensure wide availability, visibility of Sugru in all digital channels

● Ensure advanced content on dedicated account webpages

● International Key Account Management for existing strong Amazon vendor & seller relationships in USA & UK (potentially ROW w/o ROE)

● Management of E-tail business

● Planning, execution and monitoring of all kind of performance based marketing initiatives

● Enable digital accounts to boost Sugru sales and to push conversion

● Identification of new digital business opportunities

● Strategic Key Account Management & Key Account Planning

● Close cooperation together with global Sugru.com shop colleagues to exploit full potential of direct sales.

● Management & Development of third party marketplaces

● Managing cohesion in pricing, promotions, listings, offer, content, margins between all ecommerce channels

● Forecasting the demand for all ecommerce channels

● Maintaining the online listing asset portfolio

● Ensuring compliance for owned and third-party online listings

● Managing the B2C customer support function

● Reporting of key metrics to the senior management team

Skills:

● A high level of experience working with Amazon Vendor & Seller Central and the related ecosystems

● Excellent people management skills, motivating and enabling performance of direct reports

● Excellent communication skills, building powerful relationships with colleagues

● Excellent Key Account Management skills

● Demand forecasting of advantage

● Good Web analytics tools knowledge

● Best practice for online product listings

● International marketplace set-up and management experience

● Direct to consumer branded eshop creation / building / optimising an advantage

● Good KPI driven management skills

● Fluent in English

About you:

Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in an ecommerce anchored customer-facing position, with a proven record of growing revenues across different online channels. In terms of approach and style, you will have already demonstrated:

● A career in branded consumer goods, and digital business

● Experience working in a small company or matrixed environment

● An entrepreneurial, can do attitude with robust organisational skills

● You enjoy management, communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment

● You’re naturally curious and ambitious, comfortable with ambiguity

● Your ability to operate brilliantly in both strategic and execution modes

● Analytical thinking, good technical knowledge and expertise of the latest ecommerce trends

● Your ability to understand and align with business priorities and processes

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, informal but structured

● A cheerful and positive personality, happy to roll up your sleeves

● You’re interested in the power of fixing, making and DIY culture!

Team:

● Reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer

● Team of 3: One direct report: Ecommerce & Customer Support Manager plus 2 Customer Support & Ecommerce Representative

● Key interfacing roles: Digital Marketing Manager, Direct business, Brand & Marketing Team, Sales Support Team, Demand Planning & Controlling

Location:

Our global HQ is in Hackney in East London. The area is a hub of creative companies and start-ups, and home to the highest concentration of artists in Europe. Housed in a renovated victorian factory building, you’ll find our factory, laboratories, creative studio and offices are all here together. London Fields, Broadway market and Hackney central are all within walking distance and the nearest stations are Hackney Central (10 minute walk), London Fields (5 minute walk) and Bethnal Green (15 min walk).
