How to organise your shower without drilling

Step 1 - Prepare

Gather your shower basket of choice and some Sugru. We used one single-use pack here, but if your basket is more intricate, you may need more. 

Step 2 - Open your Sugru

Once you've opened your pack, roll it into 2 balls. Pro tip: any extra Sugru can be used to make another handy hook for your loofas!

Step 3 - Stick & shape it

Stick the balls on to fixture and shape them into a triangle.

Step 4 - Stick onto tiles

Stick the fixture onto the tiles where you want the corner basket to hang. Press firmly onto the tiles and get rid of any excess Sugru. Repeat the process with the other fixture. Leave to set for 12-24 hours. 

Note: Sugru sets to 1.5mm in 12 hours, 3mm in 24 hours and thicker applications may take longer. For load-bearing projects, or if Sugru's exposure to air is limited when squished between surfaces, allow up to 48 hours for it to fully set.

Step 5 - It turns into rubber

Sugru turns into rubber once set, so you can get your corner basket in place. Give it a little shake and you'll see it's mounted securely! 

Step 6 - Organise your bottles

Now you can put all your shower essentials in your handy corner basket and use your extra hooks for hanging other bits and pieces. Keep in mind that Sugru can hold up to 2kg. Enjoy!
