Fix jumper cables

My first sugru fix! The broken clamp rendered these cables useless until we used sugru! The head of the clamp had cracked, which meant that it couldn’t make a connection with the car battery. We were able to use the sugru to put the clamp back to gather so that it could once again grip the battery.
