Fix the padding on a bluetooth earpiece

I discovered you can get a much better finish if you use a wet finger on the finished item. My Bluetooth earpiece has a synthetic rubber pad on the ear clip, but it started crumbling away with the predicted effect on the back of my ear. So… I stripped it all off and made a new padded section with Sugru, smoothed down with a wet finger – SORTED!
