Make a new knob for your favourite cooking pot

I created a new knob for the lid of my favorite cooking pot. The pot is from the 1970s and the old plastic knob fell off a while ago. I tried to attach it again with power glue, but that didn't really hold up well, so I always had to use tongs to open the pot. Not anymore! I first used a green strip to go through the metal grommet on the lid, then made the knob by mixing yellow and brown Sugru to connect around the green loop. Cool stuff, that Sugru!
