Happy Birthday Sugru!

To mark our 10th birthday, we’re going to celebrate you – your spirit of ingenuity and sense of community. We’d love you to help by telling us what you’ve done with Sugru in the last 10 years. We’ll be awarding random prizes for the wackiest, most eco-friendly, cleverest, colourful, practical, beautiful, skilled, simple, money-saving, and more fixes.

We’re not looking for perfection. We want to hear your stories and see your fixes in all their magical guises. So please, don’t spare us any details!

Just be sure to send us the best shots of your Sugru masterpieces.

Use your phone’s camera

It’s usually better than apps

Shoot in natural daylight

Avoid using a flash if possible

Clean your camera’s lens (and your fix)

Show off your handiwork

Make sure your fix is obvious

Unless it’s an “invisible” repair, of course

Prepare your shots by framing them well

Either as close-ups on a plain background, or wider shots in context

Before you shoot, get focussed
