Repair a wooden door frame

After my repaired front door frame rotted away yet again, I cleaned away all the rotten wood and replaced the missing part with 3 mini packs of white Sugru. The 'after' photo is nearly a year and a half later -- still a fantastic replacement and preventing the rest of the frame from rotting. (Tip: clean the area well first, unlike me -- so you don't incorporate lots of dirt permanently into your lovely white Sugru!).
