Improve a poorly designed bike rear rack

I fixed my bike’s luggage carrier. The design was simply faulty. The bent at the front edge is much too low so that the spring-loaded clamp would make everything slip over the front edge and also luggage fixed with a tension belt would rock around. One package of Sugru was enough to fix it, although a slightly larger amount would have been better.
