Add a protective bumper to a watering wand

The fix I have made is for a watering wand for the garden. I also use this when washing my car. The watering rose is aluminium and may damage the paintwork if it accidentally touches. I have added a small "bumper" of sugru to the rim of the rose to protect the car.
