Replace a missing hoover cable tidy

The cable tidy/holder on the Dyson got broken about three years ago by dragging it upstairs (they really are quite heavy). We just put up with the cable pinging off every time we moved it around until we found Sugru. We literally just molded it onto the broken end of the cable tidy and waited 24 hours. It's now a fully functioning cable tidy again !
